So, today i had PE. and we got weighed and then figured out our percentage of body fat. Needless to say i got a reassurance that i need to be doing this. I weighed in at 188.3 pounds(the heavest i have ever been i believe) and have a 33.2% Body fat composition. The average for women is from 20-25% with males being 12-16%. Being this high made me not happy and i want and need to lower it.
I did my walk 3 run 4 and it was difficult today. i started at running at 6.2 and then on the last run i was at 5.5 with walking at a 3.5 pace everytime.
I hope that i can lose percetage points and pounds!! i am now officially super motivated!! i now have the privalege to use the scale when i need to, but my goal is not necessarily lose weight but lower my fat percentage!
