Last night Joe and I ran on the track for about a mile. I ran half of it and walked the other half. We didn't have much time because I needed to be somewhere at 7, and we left the house at 6:30, but HEY I WENT :)
I think I remember that we are supposed to walk 4 min and run 3 -- so that's what we tried to do. It is very hard to know how long you have been running/walking so I would like to get a digital watch. Maybe my goal is to run 4 times this week and 4 times next week and then I'll buy a digital watch that has a timer for an incentive.
In order to reach that goal -- I'll have to run W, Th, F, S this week to make up for the beginning of the week. Not too hard since I'm planning on going with Steph on F/S and I brought my running clothes for today after school.
I looked at your calendar. You had the right numbers, just reversed; walk 3, run 4.
