I went running on thrusday night instead of wednesday. We also went swimmin after! It felt great but the true funny story about jeffery happened on saturday!
It was 1:00 on saturday when i finally decided to go out and run. Jeron once again came with me and so we decided it wasn't too bad outside to go and run.
Well about a minute into our first 2 Minute run. A kid stopped us and asked if we knew where the Maple Cove Apartments were. We had no idea so we decided to help him out. We asked if we should go ask the people at the nearest house if they no and this sweet boy said, "oh no, i don't talk to strangers!" ( i am not sure what Jeron and I are?) :) We told him that we would ask so he agreed. As Jeron went up to the door i asked this boys name and it was Jeffery. He just moved to Ephraim from mesa, Arizona. He is 13 but in the 5th grade. he then went onto explain why that was but i wasn't paying great attention..Oops!
well, no one answered the door, but jeffery thought it was just further down the street so we decided to stay with him to help him out.
As we began to walk jeff stopped and said, " do you know who my father is? " i probably gave him a funny look but said nope
Jeffery: Well He is famous!
Steph: Well who is it?
Jeffery: His name is Will
Steph: Will who?
Jeffery: Smith
Steph: Will Smith? (the black guy and mind you jeffery is very much white)
Jeron: (being very gulable) THATS AWESOME!!!
I just laughed and said thats cool. we continued to walk. Jeffery told us all about how both his parents are deaf (will smith is not deaf) but he now has a step dad or something it was kind of all a blur, i was trying not to laugh.
We finally made it to Maple Cove Apartments. We said goodbye to Jeffery. I then looked at jeron and was like, "do you really think he was telling the truth?" Jeron: Yeah. Steph: jeron..that kid is white! :) Jeron: oh, i didnt even think of that!
We walked for another 30 seconds and then finished off running!
That was probably the most entertaining run yet!! Jen would have been awesome to be there!
